My aunt and her husband gave us a large amount of beautiful organic blueberries. One of their friends is a blueberry farmer who keeps them well stocked. We are definitely enjoying the benefits of that friendship. These are called Sweet Blueberry Muffins (strangely enough they are not too sweet which is one of the reasons I like them so much) and are from this cookbook.

Oh, yummy! We picked fresh blueberries yesterday. I'm the only one in the house who likes them cooked into anything. Not a problem!
