Nephew Love

sigh. I miss this little cutie.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Watched 2 movies this weekend. Really enjoyed this one. He is amazing. It's the kind of movie that stays with you for a while. We just finished this tonight. Heeeeaaavvvvvvvy, strange and violent. Could only directed by him.

How about you? Seen any good movies lately?

  1. Inglorious Basterds...HATED it. If I'm going to be annoyed and stressed out watching a movie, I'd rather get it over with in 90 minutes, not 150 minutes...

  2. I loved the first one, and you are right it does stay with us for a while. The second one while parts of it were funny overall I just did not like it.

  3. SAHM - I couldn't have said it better myself - Annoyed and stressed out!! But I think the 150 minutes contributed to the annoyance and the stress.

    Likeschocolate - That was one of the parts of Inglorious Bastards that I found annoying - was it funny? was it a drama?

  5. Don't miss The Blind Side.

    Watched it twice already----cried multiple times---during both viewings.

    Donating to charity is easy and helps many....making a difference for just one person is harder, less visible but allows you to gain from so much more from the experience.

  6. I'm holding your nephew right now as I type. He likes to grab my glasses and pull them off. It's a fun game!

    We liked the Blindside too. Surprisingly, I really like the Hurt Locker. It was hard to watch but I feel like the acting was incredible and it made me a little bit more interested in understanding our military system and the reasons we send troops over there. Hard to watch, but I find myself still thinking about that movie. Also made me interested in working with vets and their families.
    I really liked Precious too.

  7. Dear Aunt Katy,

    I miss your hugs and swaddles. I like to grab things and chew on my hands. Mommy calls me Slobbery Sue, which I'm not sure how I feel about.

    love you,
    Linc
