I owe it all to Ed Emberley and to my oldest for checking his book out of the library. I felt the charge as the idea came to me. I turned off my inner nay-sayer, ran upstairs for some fabric and starting cutting. The result - 5 Halloween shirts!
Silly girls strike a pose -
How do you get out of a rut? Creative or otherwise. I think mine was a bit of both.
Katy, those are GREAT! Did you freehand draw directly on the fabric and just cut them out? I don't think I can get it together for Halloween, but you may have given me a great idea for Christmas presents...
ReplyDeleteThanks!
So cute!! I still miss your baby onesies :)
ReplyDeleteSo, so adorable!!! Love them, especially that cat!!!
ReplyDeleteBravo! The shirts are amazing! Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteAwesome, love them!
ReplyDeleteHow CUTE! Do you just have blank t-shirts lying around for when you get out of your rut?
ReplyDeleteRoad Trippers - I do have lOTS of blank onesies laying around from my onesie days but no, I ordered the blank shirts with the intention of making Halloween shirts. They arrived and I lost all motivation to decorate them. Then Ed Emberley revived me. :)
ReplyDeleteyea for Ed Emberly!
