ugh. I'm wallowing in a winter funk today, um, actually this week. Can't seem to find my motivation and I certainly can't put any words together for a proper post. So. . .
Risotto. I made it. Good. Lots of stirring. Recipe here. Added leeks instead of celery. Added peas because they're springy. Ate it up, yum.

Oh, don't be sad. Your blog is fabulous and so are you! I've been thinking a lot about you lately and missing you and the fam. The weather here has been cold but gorgeous and sunny and Jack has been wanting to turn on the magical sprinkler saying "Audy-audy oops! and Eva come play with sprinkler..." Can't wait to see you guys in July. Your risotto looks delicious!
