I finished Baby Beckett's quilt this weekend. Sheesh, it's about time. He is 10 months old!
See the back here.
Couldn't send Beckett something without including a gift for his big brother so I made this pirate's Booty Bag for Reilly. Still loving this reversible patchwork bag pattern. Have you tried it yet?

::Here is another great idea for using up scraps. I'm going to use this method to make a little mat for our entry way.

::Finished the top of Orion's quilt. There's hope he'll receive it while he is, indeed, still a baby.

What a beautiful quilt !
As I have told you this morning, I would also love to start quilting, is there a book on quilting you could recommend or how did you get started ?
The quilt you posted is my favorite - lots of blues! The Orion one though - love the dash of red!
love the pirate bag! Quilt is great
I love that quilt...the circle quilting really looks great!
Lovely quilt. I like the potholders very much. I recently made some and they are on my blog, but I used a slightly different method that gives you a pocket for your hand on the back.
where in the heck did you find all that pirate cloth? I freakin love that little bag! xo S
