Today Emily and Jeff had me run errands that brought me to the local Farmers' Market. I absolutely love this market. It is full of produce that is completely foreign to me, foods that I've never tried and flowers with startling brightness. And papayas. I had no idea there were so many varieties of papaya - strawberry, rainbow, sunrise, kapoho - and priced at 6 for a $1.00. The woman nearly laughed at me when I only wanted to buy 2. Papayas are best served with a generous squirt of lime on top. We enjoyed a some with our dinner tonight. More pictures here.
Little nephew is officially the "happiest baby on block." He eats, sleeps, makes cute little baby sounds and that's pretty much it.
More aloha tomorrow.

So sweet! I'm wishing I was right there with you all. I did have lunch with Aunt Mary yesterday, though, and she sends her love, too!
