The best thing I did in planning this evening was to ask for help. I sent an email to all my peeps asking for ideas to make Emily's bachelorette party extra special. I received wonderful ideas from kayaking on Lake Union to spending a day at a spa. Here are the highlights from the party:Pedicures at The Derby Salon
Party at The Capitol Club - Spanish tapas, a super DJ and drinks that went down a little too easy like their blood orange margaritas.
We played a game of Emily Trivia just to see who knew her the best, turns out they all did! She received some very pretty nighties and yummy smelling body goo of all kinds - lotion, spray, soap, butter . . . There was dancing, lots of visiting and a little good natured hazing.
Each guest left with a CD of swanky lounge music put together by a local DJ. My little sister is getting married. Count down to October . . .
