Sunday Stash #3

This week I'm sharing the newest 3 members of my stash. They arrived in my mail box this week from a friend who bought them at Hancock's of Paducah. A quilting and fabric mecca. I *will* make it there some day! They are by the fabric genius, Alexander Henry. From left to right: Toadstool, Floral Fantasma, and Sprites of Tillbrook.

Sunday Stash #2

I bought this Michael Miller fabric years and years ago. I think the children on it are so sweet. The thing that intially attracted me to this fabric was the colors. The pink and the aqua are calming and tranquil. I always thought this would be used in a baby quilt, maybe it still will be.

Sunday Stash

For some bloggy fun, join the Sunday Stash group.

I ran across it here. It is hosted here. And there is even a Sunday Stash flickr group.

Join in! Taking pictures of fabric is almost as fun as taking pictures of food.

Today I'm sharing a fabric by Michael Miller called Things To Do. I bought it back when I was doing the etsy thing. My intention was to applique the images on to onesies. Would have been cute, no? Never got around to it. Not sure what to do with this fabric. I do know that it's too cute to give up, so there it sits in my stash.

Hope you're having a great Mother's Day!

I'm a Winner.

It's true. I was lucky enough to win a give-away over at The Crafty Crow. This and That From Japan gave away a $20.00 gift certificate. Oh the choices! Japanese fabric is pretty much the cutest thing ever. My first practical choice was these darling polka dots. They are destined to be the border on Beckett's quilt. The Parisian inspired fabric was a no brainer. I had to have it. Other than staring at it and touching it, I don't really have a plan for it yet.

I'm slowly making progress on my charm quilt. My 2 patches have doubled.
