I gotta say at least the whole EU "springs or falls" one way or another. Here, Arizona DOES NOT recognize daylight savings time but the Navajo Nation (which is in Arizona) DOES. Needless to say we have had people show up one hour late for interviews and you always have to factor in that you lose an hour when you travel to the city. Cheers to fall!
