Friday Stream of Consciousness

Saw these rhodies at the park today. They made me miss home.

~ Here's another inspiration link for the Kitchen SCRAPDOWN project.

~ Made these muffins again. Man, I'd forgotten just how good they are.

~I realized a week or so ago that my ear had popped. Not the dramatic POP I was hoping for, but I'll take it. Turns out the decongestants did the trick. V e r r r y Gradually.

~ I've been thinking about collections lately. I come from a family of collectors. I've even had a few collections in my life. Do you collect anything?

~ I didn't take a picture yesterday. That's the 3rd one that's missing from my Project 365. It is more challenging than I anticipated. But, I'm going to keep on keeping on . . .

Hope the sun shines on you this weekend.

I collect destinations in my head. They're ever changing and require no dusting. How do you like that? :)

I completely failed at Project 365, but then, who says I need to restart at Jan. 1? Anyway, it was great visiting your blog today! I found it through a link suggestion to your muffin tins. ~ Lori

I collect completely impractical things: cake stands and globes. I love the photos from Amsterdam - beautiful!

I have started numerous collections but never seem to procede with them.....
I certainly have missed some random days with P365 but am able to fill in the gaps with random photos that happen everyday (flower blooming in the yard, laundry pile in the house....) I actually just keep a few filler photos for that purpose. I am enjoying it but am a bit worried that by the fall my interest will be waning.

This is kind of funny, but I just found your blog, and came to this post, saw the rhodies and your comment, and knew you were from Seattle too. Just confirmed it on your profile. :O) We're from Seattle too (well, actually Wenatchee, but we've been in Seattle for 7 years now (plus 2.5 in Boston!) Anyway, hi!
