I can't wait to hear. I have always wanted to go there. I hope you had a good time.

Oh wow! Now I know I need to cross off Prague from my "to see" list! Only 3/4 of a year left here in Sweden and still so many places to see!!!

Thanks for the link, though, on second thought, not too sure how much my waist line will be thanking you...;o) On top of the fact that I have a Kindle which makes book purchasing dangerously easy!

Love your new header too! Makes me believe spring is finally arriving...It's been slow to do so here...*sigh*

Marcelle - cross Prague off of your list??? Why? I'd love to know what's on your list! My changes daily :) My husband has a kindle too, mostly for newspapers - The NY times to be exact. He never passes up a chance to sing the praises of the Kindle. Me? I'm an old fashioned paper back book girl!

Katy: I absolutely love our conversations and am so happy to have found you in cyberland ;) (corny moment moved aside)...I too am an old fashioned kind of gal...I love and cherish the smell of a new book never opened...alas, living in Sweden has made it difficult for me to enjoy proper English novels, for some reason, English novels here are synonymous with racy romance novels or crime fiction...Though I like crime fiction from time to time, this is really not my cup of tea! The Kindle was actually a gift from a dear friend who loves books just as much as I do...And I have to say, it is a wonderful thing for us expats!!! I too get the newspaper, Foreign Affairs and a book every few weeks...

That book you mentioned really is a treat...I too fell into the trap of buying all that white linen he mentions, and still buy more everytime I go to France...The only problem is that it is very heavy...But well worth it! I'm sure you'll find it in Luxembourg too...I've used it to make new bed linen for the kids, various embroidery projects and they are simply amazing as a summer sheet: heavy enough to hold you down, cool enough to keep you comfy!

My next comments will be on my list! Now that we have an end date to our time in Sweden, I'm revamping our list according to the number of vacation days we have left!!!

I got my Tulip Postcard this weekend. Thanks so much for thinking of me! And amazingly, Tom and I finally just got our passports so the dream of traveling there is actually in the realm of possibility now!
