If you see a fairy ring
In a field of grass,
Very lightly step around,
Tiptoe as you pass;
Last night fairies frolicked there,
And they're sleeping somewhere near.
If you see a tiny fay
Lying fast asleep,
Shut your eyes and run away,
Do not stay or peep;
And be sure you never tell,
Or you'll break a fairy spell.
- William Shakespeare
My oldest is loving Fairy Houses by Tracy Kane. I found the title on The Crafty Crow book list.

so cute..reminds me of a short novel I read when I was younger..."afternoon of the elves". A little boy finds little houses in his backyard and they are inhabited by little elves.
I'm going to have to check out that book. My daughter loves butterflies... so I'm thinking she'll really like Fairies.
ooo, I do love Shakespeare! Those fairy houses are too cute. It looks like you guys really enjoyed the book!
