Addi Luxembourg!
I will miss my favorite salad - Salade au Chevre Chaud. I hear Christina laughing as I write this. Her youngest daughter and I share a love of this salad. She teases me every time I order it. This salad is on every brasserie menu in Luxembourg and France (at least the parts of France I've been to.) It is my standard order. Must figure out how to make it at home. I recently remembered that the 74th St. Ale House on Greenwood has a goat cheese salad that is quite delicious. Fingers crossed it is still on the menu.

It's still on the menu! I love it too. The only problem with 74th St. Ale House is that you can't bring the kids. We love it for a spontaneous date night though. I've got some new babysitters who are eager to sit!
I was going to list this as one of the things I love most about Luxembourg. It's good to know that just about any restaurant in Lux can do a good warm goat cheese salad. I still think about the one I had at Namur: the little warm goat cheeses were wrapped in bacon. Mmmm. You're going to have to start experimenting with making them at home now!
My fav goat cheese salad was at Bosso in the Grund. But they started using feta instead of chevre. It is still delicious though. They add mushrooms cooked with Rosemary and roasted almonds. So good.
