Lemon Brownies
Lemon Brownies
Source: Baker Girl
Notes:  Other than the name these were pretty good. Easy to make.  Soft texture and light lemon flavor.  Be careful not to over bake them.  About 20 minutes is all you need.  Just can't wrap my mind around lemon brownies.  I decided they should be called Lemon Tea Cakes.

Zucchini Chips
Source: Dashing Dish
Notes:  I don't want to be bossy but you really should make these. They are tasty, easy and won't kill ya. I really love 'em.  I like the aioli recipe that was printed with this zucchini fry recipe - 1/2 cup mayo, 1-2 tsp lemon zest, 1 small minced garlic clove. These will become a regular occurrence in my house.

Have you made any good recipes lately?

Yum! We use to make Baked Eggplant and Zuchinni in the same method as the recipe you listed. Easy and so yummy.

You know me and lemons, K-town. Thinking about making those in mini-muffin tins...

Hello!
I am with you on the name of 'lemon brownies' :) Just doesn't conjure up anything tasty to the mind!

They look great though...
I made the espresso chocolate chip shortbread and liked it much. Sadly, it did not make it out the door as teacher gifts :( However, everyone else did like it! I should have made a double batch!
Happy summer...we are traveling...any hints on invaluable travel info with kids for those extra long flights??? Please share your wisdom of experience!
