There is lots of goodness coming from our kitchen these days. Honestly, I think Bryce and I love our kitchen so much (thanks to the remodel) that we're cooking just to spend time there!
Roasted pumpkin seeds. I just roasted them with a little melted butter and soy sauce. They tasted good right out of the oven but the next day they were slimy. Anyone have a better method?
Kale chips. I've seen recipes for these floating around the blogosphere for sometime and have been curious about them. They were good. Watch the salt. There is no way you need the teaspoon that is called for in most recipes.
And breads - banana, pumpkin (I used a different recipe and it is really great - very moist) and Bryce has been making bread again! He has been making 2 loaves a weekend. It is delish.
